We have two floors with over 10,000 square feet on each floor. Each floor has its own loading dock. Many booths have electrical outlets and slat board. The lighting is exceptional and security cameras are currently in place.
Rent for space on the Main Floor, when available, is $165 per booth (there are some larger shaped spaces that will be individually priced). Booth space on the lower level will start at $150 per month. Leasing is offered on a month-to-month basis.
We will not require commissions on any items sold at The Crazy Daisy unless the items are in our locked display cases or in our gated courtyard. Locked display cases will not be permitted in individual booths. A small commission will be taken for dealers who sell from our locked display cases or who wish to place individual lawn/garden items in our courtyard. We also feature a "rough room" in our lower level.
